Qualifications

• Graduate degree and commensurate experience; typically 10+ years in related fields such as category management or P&L management.
• Experience leading product portfolio, go-to-market, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manages product portfolio, operations, and financial aspects of the product grouping/segment.
• Develops short and mid-term plans to achieve market growth, revenue, and operating profit goals.
• Leads go-to-market team and identification of new product opportunities.
• Develops strategy with field sales teams and key stakeholders on programs and product positioning.
• Communicates category performance to senior management and seeks support for strategic initiatives.
