Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Mexico seeks a Payroll Subject Matter Expert to lead end-to-end blue-collar payroll for manufacturing and logistics teams. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, with deep expertise in labor compliance and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in weekly/bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican labor regulations.
• Experience with GTN (Gross-to-Net) audits.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles for blue-collar staff.
• Lead Mexican labor law, CBA, overtime, and statutory obligations.
• Validate time & attendance, shift differentials, bonuses, deductions.
• Coordinate with Plant HR, Operations, Finance, and vendors.
• Perform payroll sign-off and audits for treasury disbursements.
• Lead payroll system testing and continuous improvement.
• Assist employees with payslip inquiries and adjustments.
