Formación

• Strong hands-on payroll expertise, particularly in Mexico payroll.
• Experience leading payroll teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of payroll legislation, taxes, labor law, and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes rather than simply maintaining them.
• Ability to simplify complex payroll topics for non-payroll audiences.
• Strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Mexico Payroll team (currently 9 people), developing the team and ensuring high operational standards.
• Own payroll delivery for Mexico HQ and Operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, managers, and Payroll Analysts to resolve complex payroll matters and provide business support.
• Continuously improve payroll processes, strengthen controls, and identify opportunities for automation and scalability.
• Build processes that support a fast-growing organization while minimizing operational and compliance risks.
• Explain complex payroll calculations and legislation in a simple and practical way to managers and stakeholders.
• Support the future development of payroll operations across LATAM when appropriate.
