Responsibilities

• Translate OU and category strategy into market plans
• Turn Operating Unit category and portfolio strategies into executable market, customer and channel plans
• Balance enterprise priorities and market needs, adapting execution to local consumer dynamics
• Create alignment across the Mexico leadership team and partners on goals, metrics and milestones
• Direct resources toward high-value opportunities while maintaining clarity on strategic choices
