Sardine is seeking a General Manager for Mexico to own market strategy, revenue growth, and customer success in Mexico. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Partnerships to position Sardine as the leading fraud prevention platform in the region and build strategic relationships with banks and networks.

You will drive market entry, expansion, and GTM execution, shaping regional plans, and translating customer feedback into product and market strategy.

Formación

• 8+ years in GTM, general management, or leadership roles within fintech/payments/fraud tech
• Established network with banks, payment networks, regulators, and integrators in Mexico
• Proven track record of revenue growth and GTM strategy in new markets
• Deep understanding of Mexico regulatory, compliance, and fraud landscape
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to travel within the region

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize Mexico market entry and expansion priorities based on regulatory readiness, fraud landscape, and addressable market size
• Partner with regional leaders to develop market-specific strategies aligned to Mexico's financial infrastructure and compliance environment
• Influence regional planning and support hiring as the Mexico business scales
• Accelerate Mexico ARR and new logo acquisition by supporting strategic opportunities and shaping market strategy
• Influence GTM strategy with cross-functional teams and leverage Sardine's Sonar network as a differentiator
• Establish playbooks for how Sardine enters, scales, and retains customers in Mexico
• Develop relationships with Mexican banks, payment networks (e.g., SPEI, CoDi), and system integrators to speed revenue
