Amazon is seeking a Building Services Manager for the Mexico network. This role focuses on electrical infrastructure reliability, energy management, and hard facilities services across fulfillment centers and delivery stations.

You will lead preventive maintenance, drive efficiency initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve building management and cost performance within the RME scope.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, and building services management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network, leading root cause analysis and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor and manage energy indicators: consumption, demand, power factor, harmonics, and costs per site.
• Support site-based teams in hard facilities services delivery (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage).
• Oversee building plumbing systems: cold/hot water, sewage, stormwater, pumps, and water tanks.
• Track costs and ensure compliance with regional managers and finance.
• Analyze service and asset data to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives.
• Resolve recurring issues with stakeholders; act as escalation point and SME for critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage vendors and KPI/SLA performance.
• Support rollout of regional initiatives to improve services and costs, including new tech deployments.
