Amazon is seeking a Buildings Services Manager to lead electrical and building services across the Mexico network, driving reliability and energy efficiency for Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, and Delivery Stations. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other facilities, partnering with regional teams to reduce downtime and costs.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years in electrical infrastructure, power systems and building services management.
• Experience leading programs end-to-end and communicating results to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network and lead RCA.
• Manage energy indicators, costs, and efficiency initiatives at multiple sites.
• Oversee hard facilities services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) across sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage vendor relationships with KPIs/SLA.
• Collaborate with procurement on major vendor sourcing and roll-out regional initiatives.
