Amazon is seeking a Buildings Services Manager for the Mexico network within the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. The role focuses on electrical infrastructure reliability, energy metrics, and hard facilities services across Fulfillment Centers and other sites in Mexico.

Responsibilities include driving preventive maintenance, collaborating with vendors, and leading regional cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and high service levels.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and reporting results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, and building services management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network.
• Manage electrical energy indicators, costs per site, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee hard facilities services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) at all sites in Mexico.
• Track costs and ensure regulatory compliance with regional teams.
• Dive into service and asset performance data to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage vendors and SLAs.
