Xylem seeks a motivated Buyer to support manufacturing site and branch operations across North America. You will execute purchasing, ensure material availability, and maintain supplier relationships, collaborating with planning, operations, engineering, and finance.

Strong English communication is required for cross-border coordination. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Monterrey, Mexico, with opportunities to grow in procurement, planning, supplier management, and inventory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related function.
• Strong Excel skills, data analysis, pivot tables and reporting.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Analytical, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities with suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage, and monitor purchase orders to support site and branch needs.
• Follow up with suppliers on acknowledgments, delivery, pricing, and shipments.
• Support RFQ activities by soliciting supplier quotations and comparing options.
• Monitor supplier performance and participate in continuous improvement.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data using Excel and ERP systems.
• Maintain procurement records in SAP and support system improvements.
