Xylem is seeking a motivated Buyer to support our Monterrey manufacturing site and North American branch network. You will execute purchasing activities, ensure material availability, and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet production needs.

Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to understand internal requirements and secure timely materials and services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, procurement, or planning.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid work eligibility based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Execute purchase orders to support manufacturing site and branch needs.
• Follow up with suppliers on order acknowledgments, delivery, pricing, and status.
• Support RFQ activities and supplier quotations.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Planning and Operations to ensure material availability.
• Maintain procurement data and support process improvements.
