Johnson & Johnson in Juarez City, Mexico, is seeking a Manufacturing Applications Integrator Engineer to drive adoption, integration, and optimization of MES and related manufacturing apps across production.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Automation, Project, and IT teams to enable process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and support new product introductions and line expansions. The role requires strong shop-floor engagement and hands-on validation.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations, MES, automation, industrial IT, or related roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems, production processes, or operational technologies.
• Experience working with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Automation, or IT teams.
• English proficiency required (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with manufacturing operations to understand production processes and requirements.
• Serve as primary support contact for manufacturing application needs and issues.
• Support implementation, adoption, and sustainment of manufacturing applications.
• Support activities for new product introductions, process changes, and line expansions.
• Ensure data, workflows, and reporting reflect approved processes.
• Support reporting and metrics for production, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Automation, Project, IT teams.
• Assist investigations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of applications.
• Maintain strong shop floor engagement and understanding of processes.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and stabilization post-implementation.
