Johnson & Johnson in Juárez, Mexico is hiring a Manufacturing Applications Integrator Engineer to drive adoption and optimization of manufacturing apps (MES) across production. You will partner with operations to understand processes, act as the primary contact for app-related needs, and support new product introductions and line expansions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Automation, IT, and Project teams to sustain improvements and ensure accurate data

Formación

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years in manufacturing ops, MES, automation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems and OT in regulated environments preferred.
• English proficiency required (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with manufacturing operations to understand production processes and needs.
• Serve as primary contact for manufacturing application-related issues.
• Support adoption and sustainment of MES and related apps in production areas.
• Assist with new product introductions, process changes, and line expansions.
• Ensure data/workflows/reporting reflect approved processes.
• Support operational reporting and performance metrics for production, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Automation, Project, and IT teams.
• Support investigations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for applications.
• Maintain strong shop floor engagement and understanding of processes.
