Micron Technology is seeking a Design Verification Engineer Intern to work with advanced memory technologies, DRAM, and verification methodologies. You will collaborate with global teams and gain hands-on experience in high-density memory products and automation tools.

The role emphasizes software and hardware integration, learning through mentoring from experienced engineers, and contributing to world-class memory solutions in a dynamic engineering environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing final year of a Bachelor’s or a Master’s in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital logic design and semiconductor fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CMOS circuits and electronic systems is expected through coursework.
• Exposure to programming concepts, especially Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support verification activities for chip-level and block-level functionality of advanced memory products.
• Assist in developing and maintaining digital and analog verification environments for DRAM technologies.
• Create test patterns, run regressions, and improve functional coverage of memory features.
• Analyze verification failures, assist in debugging, and identify root causes with engineers.
• Participate in automation and AI-assisted engineering, and help improve verification flows with global teams.
