WeWork in Mexico City is seeking a Community Lead to elevate the member experience at the location. You will report to the building team and drive engagement through curated events, welcome new members, and foster business connections among members and guests.

Your role includes managing Move-In & Move-Out processes, supporting front desk coverage, guiding tours for prospective members, and ensuring operations meet WeWork standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Onsite role.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Complete quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize the value of the WeWork membership.
• Anticipate member and guest needs to enhance and personalize the experience.
• Follow up with members who provided negative feedback in the member experience system.
• Support front desk coverage during business hours.
• Conduct pre-move-in meetings and complete New Member Orientation for all new accounts.
• Curate onboarding materials to assist new members on move-in day.
• Organize and host weekly community events to foster engagement.
• Set up event posters and distribute information to promote events.
• Ensure building operations, including elevator and HVAC coordination, meet requirements.
• Communicate WeWork policies and updates to members.
• Coordinate with cleaning vendors to maintain space standards.
• Oversee community duties for member companies where Community presence is required.
• Assist Sales by conducting tours for VIPs and prospective members and handing off leads as needed.
