Phillips Medisize Querétaro seeks a Plant Manager to lead all plant operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, and profitability while developing high-performing teams in a medical device manufacturing setting.

You will set strategic direction, implement Lean and continuous improvement, ensure FDA/ISO 13485 and GMP compliance, and collaborate with global teams to maximize value creation. Travel may be required to support initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and 10+ years in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years leading manufacturing plants or complex operations.
• Advanced English proficiency for global communication.
• Strong Lean, CI, and Quality Systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall plant operation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and profitability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Manage KPIs and budgets to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices.
