Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; six years related experience OR Master’s with four OR PhD with two (minimum a Bachelor’s).
• Ability to independently apply analytical and scientific technical principles in problem solving and development.
• Demonstrated computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, databases) and software proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work as a team.
• Working knowledge of US and international standards as applicable to the department.

Responsabilidades

• Make decisions on technical problems using advanced techniques and extension of theories.
• Receive guidance on objectives and policy matters; consult supervisor on unusual issues.
• Supervise technicians or others assisting in assignments; collaborate with engineers.
• Work on special projects, write ECNs, and create prototypes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
