The role emphasizes problem solving with analytical rigor and compliance with US and international standards within a multidisciplinary team. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with around five years of related experience, plus strong computer skills

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with five years experience.
• Ability to apply analytical skills and scientific principles in problem solving and development.
• Demonstrated computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, databases and other software programs.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Working knowledge of United States and international standards as applicable to the department.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates, selects, and applies standard technical techniques and criteria with minor adaptations.
• Investigates a moderate number of technical variables to achieve defined objectives.
• Performs work on standard projects with relatively few complex features.
• Works independently on standard projects with some supervision on unusual problems.
• May supervise engineers/technicians and create prototypes under broad direction.
