Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, seeks a Line Lead to coordinate operators on highly automated assembly lines, ensuring adherence to work instructions and production targets. You will train operators, perform autonomous maintenance, support quality and safety KPIs, manage line changes, and collaborate with maintenance, QA, and logistics to keep production flowing.

Technical degree required; 3+ years in assembly; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong

Competenze

• Knowledge of assembly processes: soldering, testing, press-fit, gluing and screwing.
• Maintenance procedures: PM, AM.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Execute operations on assemblies and products on highly automated lines.
• Coordinate/perform Change Overs according to production orders.
• Train operators and support early start/stop of lines when needed.
• Assist in autonomous maintenance and minor faults repair.
• Ensure packaging, labeling and containment follow packaging instructions.
