Bendix, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, is seeking a Line Lead to coordinate operators on highly automated assembly lines and ensure production targets are met. You will train operators, assist maintenance, and manage material flow while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in assembly, experience with automated lines, and strong problem-solving skills. English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• At least 3 years of assembly experience, preferably on automated lines.
• Desirable maintenance experience and people management skills.
• bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Execute operations on various assemblies and products.
• Coordinate and perform Change Overs according to production orders.
• Set up pre-belt assemblies, testing and packaging stations.
• Analyze and reprocess NOK parts on lines or processes.
• Train operators when trainer unavailable; follow Training Matrix.
• Perform autonomous maintenance in assigned area with team.
• Assist maintenance on minor faults; support major fault repairs with team.
• Coordinate material supply and purge per production orders.
• Ensure production order sequences are followed and finish goods recollection with logistics.
• Ensure correct material handling and identification of NOK/suspect/OK material.
