Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of CAD experience in a technical engineering role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical design and quantitative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• 3D CAD component and assembly modelling for problem solving or from a hand-sketch.
• Design and dimension components with intent for molding, machining, or other DFM.
• Prepare simplified models for 3D printed prototypes or FEA analyses; participate in prototyping and testing.
• Understand design implications of IEEE, NEC, IEC, ANSI, UL, NEMA, etc.
