Siemens in Querétaro is seeking a Materials Management Professional to lead the plant’s Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics operations. You will drive material availability, inventory control, and supplier management while building a high-performing team aligned with business goals.

The role requires a strong background in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain strategy, with English proficiency and experience using SAP MM and Power BI. Flexible work options may be available.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of material purchasing from PO to delivery.
• Hands-on Supply Chain experience and proven track record.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for transformation plans.
• Clear, professional communication and tact in interactions.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop plant Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Define, implement, and manage supply chain and logistics strategies and standards.
• Oversee procurement operations for material availability, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and track KPIs for procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive cost reductions.
