MKS Instruments, Inc. in Veracruz, Mexico is seeking a warehouse/procurement support to handle shipping, receiving and storage of materials. The role reports to the materials coordinator and involves preparing shipments, verifying orders, and maintaining inventory records.

Candidates should have 1+ years in shipping/receiving, basic arithmetic, and high school completion. Familiarity with reading purchase orders and working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience

Responsabilités

• Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment
• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary
• Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift
• Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped
• Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment
• Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers
