You will report to the Shipping Supervisor and Coordination Team, contributing to accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. Your role focuses on supporting finished goods shipments, coordinating with transportation providers, and maintaining records and invoices with attention to detail and safety in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports shipping of finished goods.
• Coordinates with transportation companies.
• Answers routine questions and communicates with other departments during shipping/delivery.
• Verifies invoices, bills and charges related to shipments.
• Logs order information, files paperwork, and distributes documents as needed.
• Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.
