Lennox International is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials from receiving to outbound shipping. You will ensure production continuity, inventory accuracy, and safety across multiple facilities and shifts.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred where applicable, and prior experience with 3PL

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience leading materials management, warehousing, internal logistics, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, 3PL operations, kitting, and line replenishment.
• Working knowledge of ERP and warehouse-management systems, preferably SAP or equivalent.
• Knowledge of lean material-flow concepts, including supermarkets, Kanban, FIFO, tugger routes, milk runs, and point-of-use delivery.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience leading indirect labor and material-handling equipment operations across multiple shifts.
• Bilingual English and Spanish capability is preferred where required by the operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials from receiving and 3PL warehouses through supermarkets, kitting areas, assembly lines, subassembly areas, and outbound shipping.
• Create, control, and sustain smooth material flow to ensure production continuity, inventory accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with multiple sites and shifts to optimize throughput.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers, supermarkets, kitting, and line replenishment to support production schedules.
• Lead indirect labor and material-handling equipment operations across multiple shifts.
