Lennox in Saltillo, Mexico, seeks a Materials Manager to lead the safe, accurate movement of materials from receiving through 3PL warehouses, kitting, assembly lines, and outbound shipping, ensuring production continuity and inventory accuracy.

You will implement lean material-flow concepts (Kanban, FIFO, milk runs), optimize line replenishment, oversee indirect labor across shifts, and drive continuous improvement using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS, with English/Spanish bilingual capability

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience leading materials management, warehousing, internal logistics, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, 3PL operations, kitting, and line replenishment.
• Knowledge of ERP and warehouse-management systems, ideally SAP or equivalent.
• Knowledge of lean material-flow concepts (Kanban, FIFO, supermarkets, milk runs, etc.).
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication and change-management skills.
• Experience leading indirect labor and material-handling equipment across multiple shifts.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred where required.

Job Description

The Materials Manager leads the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials from receiving and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses through supermarkets, kitting areas, assembly lines, subassembly areas, and outbound shipping. This leader is responsible for creating, controlling, and sustaining smooth material flow while ensuring production continuity, inventory accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in materials management, warehousing, internal logistics, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, 3PL operations, kitting, and line replenishment.
• Working knowledge of ERP and warehouse-management systems, preferably SAP or equivalent.
• Knowledge of lean material-flow concepts, including supermarkets, Kanban, FIFO, tugger routes, milk runs, and point-of-use delivery.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience leading indirect labor and material-handling equipment operations across multiple shifts.
• Bilingual English and Spanish capability is preferred where required by the operation.
