Johnson Controls is seeking a Material Flow Engineer to design, implement, and optimize material flow strategies across production lines. The role focuses on efficient, timely material delivery, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement.

You will lead Kanban implementations, PFEP/ABC/XYZ analyses, and work with planning and warehouse teams to align with production schedules. Strong Lean, data, and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in material flow, logistics engineering, or manufacturing support.
• Knowledge of material flow processes and PFEP & ABC/XYZ analysis.
• Experience with tugger routes, Kanban, and Kitting implementations.
• Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies and ability to calculate headcount requirements.
• Proficiency in software design and intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Analytical skills with data interpretation and improvement proposals.

Responsabilidades
