Beiersdorf in Mexico seeks an Import Distribution Planner to manage end-to-end replenishment of imported goods for the Americas, ensuring stock and availability across locations. You will coordinate with logistics for timing and pooling, driving efficiency in planning processes.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering, 1–2 years in planning, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics or Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of experience in Planning or related areas is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and results driven.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Plan imported goods and replenishment across the Americas (multistep replenishment).
• Coordinate with logistics for timing of shipments and pooling via import bundling.
• Interface with Logistics on planning and pooling matters (timing, inventory fluctuations).
• Ensure appropriate safety stock levels and efficient leftovers management.
• Oversee launch/relaunch processes and control related articles.
• Provide Out-of-Stock projections.
• Efficiently use and optimize all planning systems and processes.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for planning imported goods from other regions outside Americas and ensuring replenishment to all receiving locations within Americas (multistep replenishment).
• Facilitates downstream alignment with the MU’s served, liaising with logistics for planning and pooling via import bundling.
• Acts as interface with Logistics on matters of planning & pooling of shipments (e.g. timing of shipments, minor fluctuations in inventory, local rebalancing).
• Ensure appropriate safety stock levels and efficient left-over management.
• Responsible for launch / relaunch process and control of related articles.
• Responsible for Out-of-Stock projection.
• Efficiently use and optimize all associated systems and processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics or Engineering or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience within Planning or Planning related areas is an advantage
• Strong passion to be part of our newly created Regional Planning Center of Excellence
• High analytical skills and results driven.
• Strong relationship-builder and communicator who effectively connects with key stakeholders.
• SAP R/3, SAP APO, CRP, OMP is an advantage.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English & Spanish
