Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Material Flow Technician in Mexico to support material supply, replenishment, and handling on the production floor. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and minimize line disruptions.

You will verify inventory, participate in PFEP/ABC/XYZ analyses, and contribute to continuous improvements in material delivery and process stability, while maintaining safety and data quality on the shop floor.

Formación

• Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in material flow, production logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and ABC/XYZ analysis methods.
• Knowledge of Kanban, kitting, tugger routes, and internal replenishment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor material flow to ensure timely supply to production.
• Support Kanban systems, pick lists, replenishment, and material kitting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to resolve shortages and imbalances.
• Verify inventory levels and support accuracy of records and deliveries.
• Participate in PFEP and ABC/XYZ analyses to improve material handling.
