Johnson Controls seeks a Material Flow Technician to support the execution and stability of internal material supply, replenishment, and handling on the production floor. You will work with Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and minimize line disruptions.

Responsibilities include monitoring material flow, implementing Kanban, resolving shortages, and validating inventory accuracy.

Formación

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in material flow, production logistics, and inventory management.
Knowledge of PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and ABC/XYZ analyses.
Experience with Kanban, kitting, and replenishment processes.
Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
Good communication with operations and admin teams; English at least intermediate.

Responsabilidades

Monitor material flow to ensure timely supply to production.
Support Kanban, replenishment, and material kitting initiatives.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to resolve shortages.
Verify inventory levels and record accuracy.
Support PFEP and ABC/XYZ analyses and tugger route monitoring.
Contribute to continuous improvements and process standardization.
