Johnson Controls seeks a Material Flow Technician to support internal material supply, replenishment, and handling on the production floor. You will work with Manufacturing, Planning and Warehouse to ensure material availability and minimize line disruptions.

You will monitor flow, implement Kanban, and participate in PFEP/ABC/XYZ analyses to improve replenishment and inventory processes. Strong cross-functional communication and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Formación

• Experience in material flow, production logistics, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and ABC/XYZ analyses.
• Familiar with Kanban, kitting, and internal replenishment.
• ERP/MRP systems experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor material flow to ensure timely supply to production.
• Support Kanban implementation and replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse to resolve shortages.
• Verify inventory levels and maintain accurate records of material movements.
• Participate in PFEP and ABC/XYZ analyses to improve replenishment and handling.
• Support tugger routes and internal delivery methods.
• Track KPIs related to material availability and logistics efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements in material delivery and inventory management.
