KION Group is seeking an experienced Master Production Scheduler to own the MPS end-to-end, defining what to build and when, while maintaining stability and enabling controlled changes.

You will convert demand into a capacity-feasible plan and align with SAP PP, MRP, Purchasing and Operations; drive weekly priorities for build, kit, and ship while tracking KPI dashboards for actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related.
• +5–8 years of experience in Production Scheduling and Production Planning.
• Experience with production order creation and management.
• Manufacturing execution experience.
• Strong experience in SAP PP (MM-only profiles will not be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in capacity-constrained environments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Own the MPS: Define and manage the Master Production Schedule end-to-end (what & when).
• Plan with constraints: Convert demand into a capacity-feasible plan, anticipating bottlenecks.
• Align execution: Synchronize MPS with SAP PP, MRP, Purchasing, and Operations; weekly priorities.
• Drive priorities: Translate business needs into a must-build / must-ship plan and lead decisions.
• Ensure data & systems excellence: Own planning master data and act as SAP power user.
• Own performance: Track KPIs (Schedule Adherence, OTIF, Plan Stability) and drive improvements.
• Weekly/monthly MPS + exception management.
• Capacity outlook with recovery plans.
• Order release strategy (what / when / why).
• Clear priorities translated to shop-floor execution; KPI dashboards with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the MPS: Define and manage the Master Production Schedule end-to-end (what & when), ensuring stability while enabling controlled changes.
• Plan with constraints: Convert demand into a capacity-feasible plan, anticipating bottlenecks and driving recovery actions.
• Align execution: Synchronize MPS with MRP, Purchasing, and Operations; lead weekly alignment on build, kit, and ship priorities.
• Drive priorities: Translate business needs into a clear must-build / must-ship plan and lead scenario-based decisions.
• Ensure data & systems excellence: Own planning master data and act as SAP power user to guarantee reliable execution.
• Own performance: Track KPIs (Schedule Adherence, OTIF, Plan Stability), lead root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Weekly/monthly MPS + exception management
• Capacity outlook with recovery plans
• Order release strategy (what / when / why)
• Clear priorities translated to shop-floor execution
• KPI dashboards with actionable insights

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related.
• +5–8 years of experience in:
• Production Scheduling
• Production Planning within manufacturing plants
• Proven hands-on experience with:
• Production order creation and management
• Manufacturing execution
• Strong experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) (MM-only profiles will not be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in capacity-constrained environments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
