Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are seeking a Master Scheduler located in Juarez, South Campus to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries with zero downtime.

The role involves coordinating with materials and planning teams, creating daily production schedules, and analyzing risks and inventory to support production lines, with strong ERP and Kinaxis experience and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

Senior prior experience in planning.
Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
Excel skills.
ERP knowledge.
Analytical mindset.
Excellent planning skills.

Responsabilidades

Create daily production schedules.
Supervise that deadlines are met.
Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.
Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
