TE Connectivity is hiring a Master Production Scheduler in TIJUANA, MX to own and maintain the MPS across a 4–13 week horizon. You will translate demand plans into a feasible schedule, balancing customer commitments with material and capacity constraints.

You will work with supply chain, production, engineering, and customer service to ensure schedule stability, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement in scheduling processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP and IBP.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and SIOP processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate with teams at all levels.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) at the finished goods level for 4–13 weeks lead time.
• Translate demand and supply plans into a feasible schedule balancing customer commitments, material availability, and plant capacity.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, engineering, and customer service to ensure schedule stability and execution.
