Flextronics is seeking a Master Scheduler in Guadalajara to lead daily production scheduling and align materials flow with production plans. You will collaborate with material and program teams to ensure on-time deliveries and zero downtime, while driving metrics and process improvements.

The role requires a BS degree in Administration or Engineering, solid production control experience, and strong Excel/MRP skills, with intermediate-advanced English. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, South Site. The Master Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Create daily production schedules
• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization
• Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management
• Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
• Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials
• Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
• Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues
• Provide training to staff members as required
• Report key metrics as required

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.
