Sulzer is hiring a Sr. Production Planning Specialist in Cuautitlán Izcalli to develop and optimize detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and resource constraints.

You will coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics to ensure material availability, analyze capacity and performance, and drive cross-functional improvements while coaching junior planners in a global team.

Formación

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent) and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Analyze constraints, capacity, and performance metrics to optimize production flow.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Support implementation of new planning tools, systems, and process improvements.
• Coach junior planners and contribute to best-practice development.
