The role requires extensive MPS experience, SAP/MRP expertise, and a track record of improving schedule stability, capacity planning, and on-time delivery; English fluency is required with Spanish as an asset.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Master Production Scheduling in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP planning expertise, with SAP preferred.
• Deep capacity planning, demand management, and inventory optimisation knowledge.
• Proven track record of improving planning performance in challenging manufacturing environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple production areas.
• Balance customer demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Improve schedule stability and production adherence.
• Reduce planning volatility, shortages, and expedited shipments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Planning teams.
• Develop robust planning processes and performance metrics.
• Support plant turnaround initiatives through disciplined production planning.

A leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturer employing approximately 1,200 people is looking for a Senior Master Production Scheduler to strengthen production planning and restore operational stability.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex planning environments, balancing customer demand with production capacity, and improving schedule adherence in high-volume automotive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple production areas.
• Balance customer demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Improve schedule stability and production adherence.
• Reduce planning volatility, shortages, and expedited shipments.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Planning teams.
