Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or ERP data governance.
• Advanced skills in SAP (or similar ERP systems), Power BI and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex master data request queues (Customer, Vendor, Material/Part master).
• Perform continuous data scrubbing, deduplication, and mass maintenance routines.
• Enforce data governance standards and recommend process optimization opportunities.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide lower-level agents and cross-functional teams.
