MezTal is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to assist a U.S.-based client in healthcare and medical equipment. You will support marketing initiatives, internal communications, events, and ad hoc projects, acting as a reliable hands-on contributor rather than owning strategy.

You’ll work with U.S. stakeholders, maintain organized trackers, and help ensure timely delivery of requests. The role is hybrid in Guadalajara, with flexibility for cross-region collaboration.

Formación

• 1+ years in US-based companies in marketing support or related roles.
• Proficient English written and spoken communication with US stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with different deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and presentations.
• Good judgment on when to execute, ask questions, or escalate.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day requests from the Marketing team, including proposals and presentations.
• Provide administrative support across Marketing initiatives and events.
• Organize files, trackers, and request logs to keep assignments visible and on time.
• Support multiple small projects while ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with basic marketing materials and presentations using Office/Canva.
