MezTal is seeking an organized Executive Coordinator, Marketing to support executive alignment, marketing initiatives, events, and projects. The role blends coordination, project management, and hands-on marketing activities with a fast-paced, professional team.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, create branded presentations, assist with social media content, and collaborate with leadership across Mexico and the United States.

Formación

• Experience in an Executive Coordinator or similar role.
• Exposure to marketing, communications, events, or brand activities.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel to the United States for conferences/events.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate conferences, receptions, meetings, and other events.
• Research and book venues, hotels, restaurants, and related services.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and accommodations for executives.
• Prepare meeting spaces with supplies, catering, and AV equipment.
• Support executives and attendees before and during events.
