MezTal is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketer to build, send, and report on email campaigns targeting hospital and healthcare audiences.

You will work with the Demand Generation Manager to turn strategy into accurate, on-brand campaigns, manage a recurring send calendar, and ensure accuracy, deliverability, and compliance.

Qualifications include 2+ years of hands-on email marketing, HubSpot experience, basic HTML/CSS skills, and Advanced English, with a hybrid work arrangement in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on email marketing experience.
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platform.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices: segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, mobile optimization, accessibility.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build, proof, schedule, and send marketing emails and multi-step nurture campaigns using HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Segment and target email campaigns based on lists, lifecycle stages, and campaign requirements.
• QA every email before launch, including links, personalization tokens, mobile rendering, deliverability, and brand standards.
• Adapt approved copy and creative into on-brand, mobile-friendly email templates.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Creative teams to ensure messaging and offers are accurate and approved before campaigns go live.
• Maintain an organized email calendar and campaign documentation.
• Track and report campaign performance, including open rates, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, and deliverability.
• Support list hygiene, including suppressions, bounces, opt-outs, and segmentation updates.
• Identify and elevate deliverability issues, list-quality concerns, or performance trends.
• Ensure campaigns follow applicable email marketing and privacy requirements, including CAN-SPAM and CASL.
