Launch Tech CO.,Ltd is actively seeking a Marketing Manager based in Mexico, with remote work initially as the local office is set up. The role focuses on planning and executing marketing initiatives across Mexico and Latin America, driving brand awareness and sales through distributors and end customers.

The ideal candidate will manage promotions, social media, and market research, coordinating with sales and technical teams, with travel across the region as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Advertising or related fields.
• Familiar with Mexico and Latin America markets; automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for business communication.
• Strong in market promotion, brand management and social media operations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico and Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute marketing activities in Mexico and Latin America, including online/offline promotion, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Maintain and expand relationships with distributors and end customers, assisting channels in enhancing brand awareness and sales.
• Collect competitor information and market trends, prepare market analysis reports, and propose targeted marketing strategies.
• Plan, publish, and manage social media content to increase the brand’s local influence.
• Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and after-sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales goals.
• Frequent travel within Mexico and Latin America for market research and customer visits.

We are urgently hiring for Marketing Manager, please find details are as follows:

Position: Marketing Manager

Work Location: Mexico

Employment Type: Full-time.

Remarks: For now, we will be working from home while we get our local office up and running. We plan to move into the office within one to two months, depending on how quickly the setup progresses.

Responsibilities:

• 1.Plan and execute marketing activities in Mexico and Latin America, including online/offline promotion, exhibitions, and roadshows, according to the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• 2.Maintain and expand relationships with distributors and end customers, assisting channels in enhancing brand awareness and sales.
• 3.Collect competitor information and market trends, prepare market analysis reports, and propose targeted marketing strategies.
• 4.Plan, publish, and manage social media content to increase the brand’s local influence.
• 5.Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and after-sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales goals.

Requirements:

• 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Advertising, or related fields.
• 2.Familiarity with the Mexico and Latin America markets; experience in the automotive aftermarket is preferred.

• 4.Proficient in market promotion, brand management, and social media operations, with the ability to independently plan activities.
• 5.Able to adapt to frequent travel, with strong stress tolerance, execution ability, and teamwork spirit.
