Flexport is seeking a Market Performance Associate for Ocean Gateway to drive performance across assigned markets. You will manage vendor relationships, onboard and coach carriers, and develop dashboards to track trucking SLAs while collaborating with product and procurement teams to optimize capacity.

You will analyze data, forecast inbound metrics, and report milestones to ensure on-time performance and a top-tier client experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain roles would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with product and technology within the industry and partnering with product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own vendor relationships, ensuring drayage partners support growth and deliver service quality.
• Build dashboards to measure trucking SLAs and collaborate with business leads to set/achieve key results.
• Manage performance reporting at market/vendor level, including inbound forecasting and milestone reporting.
• Provide product support to drayage carriers by onboarding, training, and coaching dispatchers.
• Offer feedback to optimize drumage market allocations with top-performing carriers.
• Oversee onboarding of new FCL/LCL destinations through carrier selection and SOP development.
• Navigate escalations with Gateway Operators to maintain freight movement and client satisfaction.
