Job summary

PPG is seeking a Manufacturing Warehouse Lead to oversee administrative and operatives movements within the site warehouse, ensuring adherence to EHS norms and company policies. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and drives efficiency, safety, and quality in daily operations.

You will supervise resource use, lead teams, and coordinate documentation with logistics to meet regulatory standards and company targets. The position is on-site with benefits including Life and Medical Insurance.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
• 3 years' experience in similar roles.
• Intermediate English.
• Know of operative excellence tools and standard operation.
• Know of Oracle and WMS.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze indicators and make decisions to optimize business performance.
• Develop new work systems to support continuous improvement and company policies.
• Promote standard operating procedures and training within teams.

Job description

As a Manufacturing Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible of managing the administrative and operative movements inside the warehouse according to the EHS norms and company policies.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Gestion the available resources in warehouse to assure the productivity standards and the indicators established.
• Lead the warehouse teams and guide them to accomplish the established objectives.
• Supervise the support documentation related to inputs and outputs with the logistic area so as to the compliance the norms and regulations correctly.
• Stablish alignments to the correct distribution of materials inside the warehouse
• Agile the timing of warehouse movements attending clients' needs
• Attend internal and external audits to the standards, norms and requirements fulfillment
• Assurance the correct quality and amount of packaging to avoid drops
• Analize the indicators results and according to its behavior take the best decision for the business
• Develop new work systems to contribute to the continuous improvement and politics of the company.
• Promote the standard operation in all activities of the plant, the best practices and the training courses compliance inside the teams.
