PPG-Comex busca un analista de inventarios para coordinar la planificación y ejecución de reabastecimiento en los 10 centros de distribución regionales, utilizando Oracle DRP y buscando balance entre capital de trabajo, nivel de servicio y costos.

Entre tus responsabilidades estará calcular diariamente los niveles de inventario por centro, simular escenarios y generar reportes de indicadores para asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno y la satisfacción de clientes en la región.

Formación

• Necesita capacidad analítica para evaluar inventarios y requerimientos.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en planeación de inventarios o similar.
• Conocimiento de políticas de inventario y gestión de stock.

Responsabilidades

• Planeación y ejecución del reabastecimiento de los centros de distribución regionales, usando el módulo Oracle DRP.
• Planeación de resurtido directo de planta para optimizar tiempos de entrega en los CEDIS regionales.
• Cálculo diario de los niveles de inventario por centro de distribución para cumplir niveles de servicio y de capital de trabajo.
• Simulación de escenarios para determinar el correcto nivel de inventario.
• Seguimiento a pedidos de canales en desarrollo y elaboración de análisis y reportes de indicadores.
• Seguimiento con proveedores internos para asegurar abastecimiento oportuno de productos.
• Identificar desviaciones en el abastecimiento de productos y establecer planes de acción.
• Seguimiento semanal con el equipo de Ventas y Resurtido para existencias y disponibilidad.

Analizar los inventarios de los 10 centros de distribución de PPG-Comex de acuerdo a las políticas de inventario establecidas para determinar los sku y cantidades a distribuir diariamente alineando los requerimientos con operaciones con el fin de satisfacer la demanda de los clientes, manteniendo el balance de nivel de servicio, capital de trabajo y costos operativos.

Responsabilidades Claves:

• Planeación y ejecución del reabastecimiento de los centros de distribución regionales, así como traspasos entre los centros de distribución utilizando el módulo Oracle DRP. La ejecución exitosa de la tarea requiere buscar siempre el balance entre capital de trabajo, nivel de servicio y costos operativos (flete, mano de obra, frecuencia de reabasto por sku).
• Planeación de resurtido directo de planta, con el fin de optimizar los tiempos de entrega en los CEDIS regionales.
• Cálculo diario de los niveles de inventario requeridos por centro de distribución que satisfagan los niveles de servicio y capital de trabajo.
• Simulación de escenarios para obtener el correcto nivel de inventario.
• Seguimiento a pedidos de canales en desarrollo y elaboración de análisis y reportes de indicadores.
• Seguimiento con proveedores internos con el fin de asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno de los productos.
• Identificar desviaciones en el abastecimiento de productos resurtibles, pedidos especiales, pedidos de preparación de campaña e insumos tales como colorantes.
• Establecer planes de acción para corregirlas. Seguimiento semanal con el equipo de Ventas y Resurtido del canal sobre existencias, faltantes, llenado de pedidos, status de disponibilidad.

Requisitos:

• más de 1 año de experiencia en planeación de inventarios.
• Nivel de estudios: Profesional Universitario.
• Capacidad analítica.
• Deseable experiencia en Oracle o algún otro sistema ERP.
• Sentido de reponsabilidad y fácil aprendizaje.
