PPG busca apoyar las operaciones de almacén y planta, brindando soporte funcional y técnico para mantener la continuidad operativa y la calidad de los procesos.

El rol implica analizar incidencias, monitorear sistemas WMS, OTM y Oracle, y proponer mejoras en procesos y configuraciones para optimizar la operación logística. Se requerirá documentar soluciones y capacitar a usuarios conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.

• Ingeniería en Sistemas, TI, Industrial u afín.
• Experiencia en WMS, ERP y TMS/OTM.
• Capacidad para analizar procesos y proponer mejoras.
• Experiencia en atención de incidencias y gestión de tickets.

Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar soporte funcional y técnico a las operaciones de almacén y planta de producción mediante el análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias en los sistemas WMS Scale, OTM y Oracle aplicaciones relacionadas, asegurando la continuidad operativa, la calidad de los procesos y la implementación de mejoras que contribuyan a la eficiencia del negocio.

Actividades Clave

• Atender, analizar y resolver incidentes reportados por usuarios de operación, identificando la causa raíz y asegurando una solución oportuna.
• Monitorear la operación del WMS, OTM y Oracle y sistemas integrados, validando interfaces, procesos automáticos y transacciones críticas para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.
• Realizar análisis funcionales y técnicos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, configuraciones y desarrollos relacionados con la operación logística.
• Documentar procedimientos, incidencias y soluciones, generando bases de conocimiento que faciliten la capacitación y autogestión de los usuarios.
• Brindar capacitación y acompañamiento a usuarios operativos y administrativos, asegurando el correcto uso de los sistemas y procesos establecidos.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, colaborando con equipos internos y proveedores para optimizar procesos.
  

Requisitos

• Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de Información, Industrial o afín.
• Experiencia en aplicaciones (WMS, ERP, TMS(OTM)).
• Capacidad para analizar procesos operativos y proponer mejoras.
• Experiencia en atención de incidentes y gestión de tickets.
