Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking an Operations Engineer for Reynosa to design product structures, coordinate process flows, and develop manufacturing procedures. You will create IQ/OQ protocols, support new product launches, and assist in DMR reviews with Quality Engineering.

The role requires engineering background, hands-on problem solving, and English communication skills, with opportunities to contribute to cost controls and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or electronic engineering.
• A master’s degree, Six Sigma and/or Lean manufacturing certification are desirable.
• 2 years on Manufacturing Operations Knowledge and Skills.
• Capable of using problem solving methodologies and statistical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create product structures based on Sending Facility information.
• Coordinate the Process Flow Chart and cell layout with the Industrial Engineer.
• Create and execute IQ/OQ protocols and reports; document laboratory studies.
• Support in the execution and follow up of special production orders for new product launches.
• Develop manufacturing processes and documentation (DMR, BOMs, routings, procedures).
• Supervise technicians; provide guidance, support, and feedback.
• Participate in budget activities and monitor expenses under supervision.
