Schneider Electric is seeking an Industrial Trainer I to design and deliver training across manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, equipment operation, and process standards. You will lead hands-on sessions, manage the Learning Corner, and drive continuous improvement in training materials and delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions to align priorities, improve outcomes, and support a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering processes, equipment operation and safety standards.
• Manage the Learning Corner, coordinate resources and lead short interval management activities.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials for better learning and performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Methods and Learning Solutions to align training priorities and overcome challenges.
