Signify in Camargo, Chihuahua, is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to develop, optimize, and support production processes that boost safety, efficiency, quality, and performance. You will drive improvements, implement digital manufacturing solutions, and lead new product introductions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong project management, planning, and communication skills, plus the ability to manage outsourcing suppliers in Mexico and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Well-developed communication, organizational, motivational and human relations skills.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to be based in Camargo, Chihuahua.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes that enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and production performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement digital manufacturing solutions.
• Support the successful launch of new products and processes.
• Formulate and execute project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets.
• Manage stakeholders towards the successful delivery of projects; report progress on quality, status, time and money.
• Voice of manufacturing and address DfMA and DfSC aspects.
• Reduce Manufacturing Value Add and optimize Factory Cost Price; align with product roadmaps.
• Oversee outsourcing suppliers in Mexico; Camargo; lead throughput ownership.
