Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara North, Campus is seeking a Project Specialist to manage low–medium complexity projects, ensuring performance indicators such as cost, delivery and quality are met for a dedicated organization.

You will establish schedules, review customer requirements, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, monitor progress, and prepare status reports and project deliverables to keep programs on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Process engineering SMT positions.
• Strong experience BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
• May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and singly contributor groups.
