Jabil Mexico is seeking an Industrial Engineer III to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site.

The role focuses on profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and continuous improvement of products and services throughout their life cycles, with emphasis on lean practices and process optimization.

Formación

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools applied to production and service delivery.
• Strong financial and analytical ability to support cost control and profitability.
• Proven track record in implementing continuous improvements and waste reduction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement projects that eliminate waste through standard IE processes.
• Perform complex process simulation, operations research, and business model cost analysis.
• Verify time standards and report key IE metrics for assigned area.
• Drive process mapping activities and standardization of SAP and MES configurations.
• Prepare quotes for proposed projects and support NPI activities.
• Coach and train engineers within the IE team and maintain data integrity.
• Support Lean initiatives and ensure site-wide adherence to IE standards.
